Refunds will only be issued in full if the transaction is cancelled before the allotted time of delivery, if after this time then will incur a additional charge.
If the order placed has been delivered to the customers address then we will not issue a refund.
If you decide to exchange an item you have had delivered you would need to arrange to get the product back to us at the store. Exchanges must be authorised by us first before coming to the store.
If you have ordered a product and it gets recalled for any reason then a full refund or exchange will be possible.
We don’t offer any refunds or credits for delivery fees.
